QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

On 29th June 2002, COT was successfully certified in ISO9001: 2000 in the scope of Provision of Professional Consulting Services in Architecture, Engineering, Environment, Management and Other Related Professional Academics.

COT has recently improved ISO 9001: 2000 to ISO9001: 2015 by the revision of quality manual and related documents executed on June 26-27, 2017 under the consultation of Intertek Industry and Certification Services (Thailand) Ltd. as certified body for the company, for better quality services to the customers.

COT is believed to be Thailand’s first consulting firm that implements the quality management system ISO9001: 2000 and ISO9001: 2015 in the whole organization.

QUALITY OBJECTIVE

To carry on the quality policy, the COT defines the quality objectives as the followings:

  • To provide a full range of high quality consulting services in architecture, engineering, environment, data base management and other academic fields and comply with ISO 9001:2015 customer requirements and all relating laws and regulations.
  • To provide high quality services in complying with international standards or other relating standards and professional ethics of FIDIC, Council of Engineers, Council of Architects, and Council of Science and Technology Professional.
  • To proactively cooperate in expanding the knowledge base and developing personnel potential to attain the highest efficiency.
  • To regularly communicate in order to meet with the customers and stakeholders satisfaction.
  • To continually develop and improve the performance of all personnel and the efficiency of operating management systems.
