COT had associated in the walk rally program on “Ban Wiang-pa-pao…Fire Free” with Council of Engineer (CoE) focusing on fire protection and safely use of electricity as a model on alert and prevention to other communities in Thailand. Group of voluntary engineers had provided knowledge on safely use of electricity in associated with local administrative officers, private volunteers etc. at living places, schools to provoke preventive operation. The team started walk rally from Bangkok in 28 of November 2016 and arrived at Amphur Wiang-pa-pao in 27 of December 2016 and joined the ceremony on project opening in 28 of December 2016.
