On 27 of April 2015, COT and COU had in cooperated with Department of Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), Ministry of Energy in organizing a seminar on “Highlight the effective energy use in medium scale factories in South Thailand” at Diamond Plaza hotel in Surat Thani province.
