On 3rd October 2023, Associate Professor Dr.Quanchai Leepowpanth, Director and Ms. Wannarat Hongpattarakeeree, Urban Planning / Design Department Manager together with the delegates from COT joined the 21st Anniversary of the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning. Mr.Pongrat Piromrat, DIRECTOR-GENERAL was the chairman in ceremony.
