On 8 th August 2013, COT had in-house presentation for introduced Special Project Department Both scope of service and key staff. For this presentation have 28 from COT’s staffs. The main speaker 3 person such as, Mr.Kitti Kampeera Senior Advisor. Special Projects, Ms.Yachai Phimsakul-Special Projects Department Manager and Mr.Krisda Laichuthai-Senior Economist.
