On March 14th, 2013 COT held in-house training on “Psychology for Management and Motivation Technique” for 10 COT’s head of section and senior staff. The training purpose was to develop knowledge and skill of psychology technique and method for working command, assignment, and control; strategy of psychology for management, and overall duty of leader. The training part includes the theory and workshop, lectured by Mr. Mana Mahakkhaphong, lecturer of NAQS Co., Ltd.
