Center Standard Engineering Company Limited (CSE), one of COT’s partner led by Mr.Vijaya Vathananukij, Managing Director, designed for 14 Residential buildings using pre-cast concrete for the project called Bo Ba Htoo Housing located in the north of Yangon, Myanmar.
These 14 Residential buildings, 8-story each erected on the area of about 2.76 acres with 10 million USD investments.The target group is the Burmese middle class.Yangoon City Development Committee (YCDC) is the project owner.
