During 15-30 November 2018, COT by Mr. Kittipong Phatthongthong, the environmental expert held 21 public and stakeholder meetings with totally 800 attendants as part of EIA report preparation for the assessment and consideration of topics possibly affect quality of natural resources, environment, health, and life of people in surrounding community of Paraxylene plant of IRPC Public Company Limited. The attendants were from Muang Rayong district (the area of Rayong municipality, Choeng-noen sub-district municipality, Ban-laeng sub-district administrative organization Na-kwan sub-district administrative organization Ta-phong sub-district administrative organization) and Ban-khai district (Ta-khan sub-district administration organization).
