Public participation meeting for consideration of draft proposal, scoping, and alternated scenarios of 2 clean power plants which were “Nabon-1” of ACE Solar Co.,Ltd. and “Nabon-2” of Bio Power Plant Co.,Ltd.

     During 28^th March–1^st April 2019, COT held 9 public participation meetings with totally 700 attendants in the area of ​​Na-bon district (Thung-song and Kae-saen sub–districts), Thung-yai district (Prik sub-district) and Chang-klang district (Chang-lak, and Chang-klang sub–districts) in Nakhon Si-Thammarat province for Nabon-1 and Nabon-2 clean power plants. The draft proposal, scoping, environmental impact and mitigation measures, and alternated scenarios were presented for public responsive opinion by Ms. Duangkamol Phromsuwan, COT’s environmental expert.
