During October to December 2018, the public participation meetings were held as part of EIA preparation (kor. 2) of Chlor-alkali Plant, Vinyl-chloride plant, and PVC plastic powder plant (3rd extension) of Vinythai Public Company Limited in the area of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Muang district of Rayong Province.
