During 4-5 April 2019, COT held 1st public hearing for 3 projects under EIA report preparations for the same group of companies which were:
1. The meeting on sugar plant (expansion) of Thip Sugar Sukhothai Co.,Ltd. was held on 4th April 2018 at auditorium of Ban-huaykrai school, Don-khu sub-district, Si-satchanalai district of Sukhothai province with 190 attendants.
2. The meeting on biomass power plant of Thip Sukhothai Bioenergy Co.,Ltd. was held on 4th April 2018 at auditorium of Ban-huaykrai school, Don-khu sub-district, Si-satchanalai district of Sukhothai province with 188 attendants.
3. The meeting on SPP Hybrid Sukhothai, a mixed-biomass power plant of Bangsai Phumiphat 16 Co.,Ltd. was held on 5th April 2018 at auditorium of Ban-huaykrai school, Don-khu sub-district, Si-satchanalai district of Sukhothai province with 177 attendants.
