On 14 of August 2018, the Environment Department of COT had held a public hearing on “1st Public Scoping to Environmental Impact Assessments” of Secondary Alcohol Ethoxylate plant of TOC Glycol Co.,Ltd. at Soi-Petch convention room 1-2, Golden City hotel in Rayong province. The keynote speaker was Mr. Kittipong Pattanatong, the environmental specialist and having more than 400 attendants of stakeholders from Rayong area.
