On Tuesday 11 of December 2018, COT held public participation meeting at Soi-thong convention room 1-4 of Golden City Rayong hotel in Rayong province for the consideration of revised draft EIA report (PP2) of power plant using waste gas of the olefin plant of Maptaphut Olefins Co.,Ltd. The meeting of 320 attendants from relevant agencies and interested persons in Rayong had Mr. Wachira Mekwattanawong, the Olefins section manager and Ms. Duangkamol Phromsuwan, Environmental Expert from COT as co-lecturers.
