On 5 of September 2018, the Environmental Department had held a meeting on “Public Scoping to Environmental Impact Assessments (kor. 1)” of Chlor-Alkali plant, the 3rd expansion of Vinyl Chloride and PVC plastic powder plant of Vinythai PLC. at Sunthornpu convention room, Star Convention hotel in Rayong province. The co-speakers were Mr. Kittipong Pattanatong, the environmental specialist and Mrs. Krongkaew Sakornrat, project manager and having more than 300 audiences from Maptaphut communities.
